Pool
The pool at Nichols Landing is open late May to early September. Pool hours are 8am-10pm Sunday to Thursday and 8am-11pm Friday and Saturday. All residents in good standing are welcome
Pool access requires an electronic key fob, provided and activated by a Board member. Residents in good standing who do not have a key fob during pool season may request a fob from the Board.
The pool is under 24-hour video surveillance, and floodlights illuminate the area throughout the night.

Tennis
Adjacent to the pool, two tennis courts are accessible year-round to residents in good standing.
By vote of the HOA, the tennis courts are set to be resurfaced, likely in the current year (2022).
Playground
Perfect for young children, the playground is located on the grounds just behind the pool.
Basketball
Fun for all ages, a single-hoop basketball court sits in the open area behind the tennis courts.
